Our Team
Our Approach
We’ve spent years building a team of like-minded, service-oriented PR and marcom professionals who “get it.”
From our employees to our contract workforce, they have been carefully selected to form a cohesive team that is high achieving, loves what they do and embraces our values. And we’re fun to work with as well!
Our clients outsource some of their most strategic PR and marcom challenges to us to solve. So they need to trust that we have their backs; that we’ll make them look good; and that we’ll spend their money as if it were our own.
Michele Landry
CEO/Owner
I learned the value of hard work and teamwork at a young age when I played little league baseball. The teamwork and determination skills I gained playing baseball have come in handy in my marketing and PR career. If you can tell a good story, establish the right relationships and persevere, you can help brands stand out and win.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two boys, and my weekends are spent cheering on my sons at soccer and baseball. I also love to run, practice Pilates and paddle board during family vacations.

Nicole Conley
Media Director
I work with startups and established companies in the B2B, enterprise software and semiconductor spaces. And I’ve worked with a wide range of journalists over the last 20 years on stories for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, TechCrunch, and EE Times, just to name a few.
When I’m not working with amazing clients and tech journalists, I’m usually in my car shuttling my feisty soccer-playing daughter and baseball-playing son to all their practices and games. I also love spending time with friends and family, eating food I didn’t cook, drinking wine from bottle or box. And, of course, laughing a lot – and loudly.

Insatiable curiosity and a love for writing and storytelling drew me to a career in communications, in fact, it was the obvious choice. The fun starts with digging deep and uncovering the little nuggets that are the true essence of a brand—the secret sauce so to speak. The excitement continues by piecing together those nuggets into a compelling story then finding the right influencers to help spread the word. As simple as that sounds, it’s actually a challenge and one that I welcome.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and cooking with my husband, Pilates, the outdoors and walking our dog Cipollini. Oh, and reading of course.

I discovered my passion for PR while attending University of the Pacific where I received my B.A. in Communication. During my time in college, I was involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America and Lambda Pi Eta, a communication honor society. After graduation, I returned to my hometown of Monterey and worked in PR where I was able to put my coursework into practice.
In my free time, I enjoy jogging on the beach, searching for the best acai bowls, and playing with my two dogs.
Kelly Karr
Account Director
I learned early on how to get my voice heard and my message out, having been the 2nd youngest of 7 children. That is exactly what I do for my clients every day and I’ve been doing it since my first job after college in the 90s, before PR was even a real major. Whether a client wants to be in high-level business press like WSJ or a trade magazine such as EE Times, I know who to go to, what to say and how to get a story published.
In my free time, I like spending summers at the lake with my husband, three children, dog, and my huge extended family.

Earning my B.A. in Communication at San Diego State University really taught me how to maintain and develop beneficial relationships and bonds, and I am happy to use this knowledge in my PR career. I have a passion for lending a helping hand to clients who want to expand their audiences.
I love being in San Diego, and most of my time is spent going to the beach, practicing yoga, going to concerts, and trying to improve my cooking skills.
